This class will prepare participants for the Common Examination for Salesperson (CES) conducted by the Singapore Accredited Estate Agencies (SAEA).

There are no more courses for CES.

The Council of Estate Agencies (CEA) will be conducting courses for salespersons from November 2010 onwards. Kindly refer to their website www.cea.gov.sg for more information.

  • Mediation and Dispute Resolution

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
To sit for the CES, an applicant must be at least 21 years old and must possess a minimum qualification of 2 GCE ‘O’ levels (obtained in one examination).

COURSE DURATION
The course comprises of 10 lecture sessions and a revision at the end.

Total Course Duration: 33 Hours (3 weeknights of 3 hours each - over 4 weeks)

APPLICATION
Registration is confirmed upon payment. Cheque should be crossed and made payable to “SISV Services Pte Ltd” and mail it to 110 Middle Road #09-00 Chiat Hong Building, Singapore 188968. The completed application form must be submitted together with 1 recent passport-size photograph or name card with photo.

WITHDRAWAL AND CANCELLATIONS
An administrative charge of 50% will be charged for withdrawals and received in writing more than 7 working days before commencement of the course. No refund will be made for withdrawal for whatever reasons received upon commencement date of the course.

The Organizer reserves the right to change or make any amendments to the syllabus /structure /dates /venue /lecturers for the course without any prior notice. Full refunds will be made in the instance of cancellation of the course.
